For all issues related to participation in the conference and registration, please contact the Organizing Committee.
- Contact the Organizing Committee at the indicated contacts for registration forms
- Fill in the forms sent to you (“registration” and “hotel selection”)
- Send the completed forms to the Organizing Committee by e-mail
- Fill out the hotel reservation form received from the Organizing Committee and send it to the hotel at the contacts indicated in it
- Get a booking confirmation from the hotel and a visa support form * (if necessary)
- Use the visa support form to obtain a visa at the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country
- If you have any problems with obtaining a visa, urgently contact the Organizing Committee
- Receive confirmation of registration for the conference from the Organizing Committee
